Develop content and programs to engage potential customers and drive conversions. Analyze program performance and use data to recommend budget allocations and program changes.• Product development: Develop, price & source kit components. Create and produce packaging and support materials tailored to each kit. • Operations: manage inventory, ordering and fulfillment, including payment processing and shipping. Manage and optimize workflow.

Work with founder-president of residential design-build firm on business development and marketing projects. Examples of recent projects:• Corporate identity re-design: provided overall guidance and advice on logo redesign. Specified overall design criteria, worked with creative resources to develop design alternatives, oversee vendors and managed production of new business collateral and signage.• Project profitability: identify, define and implement programs (events, marketing programs, etc) designed to capture higher profit margin projects.• Business process definition: Define process flow for PDG projects, from initial call through project completion. Process definition includes creation of job/function descriptions for all PDG staff & personnel.• Web site redesign: Created site specification, including site flow, page elements, copy creation, image identification/selection, etc. Implemented new design, selecting and managing contract web programmer through to launch.
