Managed a team of 50 across Pan European Equities - made up of Sector Sales, Midcap Sales, Special Situations Sales, Country Specialist Sales, Corporate Access, and Roadshow Marketing with budget responsibility of cE80m. Specialist in the Telcoms Industry and was the Go-To person in this sector across Deutsche Bank Global Markets division and advised institutional investors, company management and boards. Most senior female in Equities and pioneered the Women’s Performance Programme for high achievers. Selected for ATLAS in 2009 which was the first group wide sponsorship programme for the Top 20 highest potential women with a view to getting a woman on the main board.
