Leading the team through implementing a new CRM, reviewing policies and redesigning admissions application processing from the ground up.

Teaching First Year Experience

• Assist faculty in curriculum and program management.• Assist in strategic goals outlined by the Dean and facilitate change to process improvements.• Drive strategic initiatives for enrollment• Supervise and support the academic advisors, tackling issues to help our students get started and persist.• Supervise front office team and the hiring and onboarding of adjunct faculty.

• Lead the Admissions and Marketing/Communications efforts for the law school.• Develop travel schedule and overall recruiting plan for all programs through the law school.• Travel the world to recruit the best students for our programs.• Facilitate change to process improvements.• Assist in development of new programs and other strategic goals outlined by the Dean.

•Hired, trained and directly supervised a Graduate Assistant, part-time financial assistant, and 20 student managers. Indirectly involved in training and supervising over 120 students. •Consulted students on strategic planning, marketing, finances, and operations of nine student-run businesses. Provide guidance on university policy and procedures.

•Worked with students, faculty, staff and outside groups to plan and execute events on campus. Events ranged from holiday parties, to government official visits.

•Designed advertisements for web and print.•Worked with clients and staff to discuss ad design.•Coordinate all ads to be placed in magazine.•Worked with the publisher to coordinate all articles for the magazine.•Copy edited Magazine.
