Worked for Bureau Veritas as Contracts Manager on Royal Park Residence Project, 1-) responsible from pre-qualification of building contractors to be invited to tender, bid preparation, held pre-tendering technical and commercial meetings with the bidding contractors, 2-) preparation, negotiation of FIDIC-based design and construction contract with the main contractor- a cost plus fee with Guaranteed Maximum Price contract, 3-) management of signed contracts 4-) authorization and monitoring of progress payments and budget control. and thereafter, authorization and monitoring of contractor’s progress payments and cost control.

Responsible from costs estimating, contracts preparation, negotiation and management of contracts for major (above US$500m) onshore and offshore oil & gas pipelines coating projects, Audrey’s portfolio included 1-) attending commercial and technical meetings/negotiations with clients and main contractors including Petronas, McDermott and Saipem, for projects including Dolphin, Blue Stream, Cakerawala Gas Field Development projects, 2-) working in Bredero Price’s pipeline coating plants in Kuantan, Malaysia and Batam, Indonesia.

Worked as consultant design engineer in Reading for Sir Alexander Gibb & Partners, 1-) Responsible from hydraulic design, erosion and scour protection for the Great Man-Made River project in Libya, and a vast number of computer modelling and design of open channel and pipe flows, water supply, drainage, water treatment and water distribution network projects. 2-) Worked as site engineer (on secondment) with Tarmac Construction on Heathrow Express Flyover Project, responsible from the construction of reinforced steep-slope embankments and the reinforced concrete structures and later on Bracknell Northern Distributor Road construction site, consisting of construction of a carriageway and a bridge on 38 piles responsible from all works. Gained extensive experience on site in taking-off quantities, earthworks, safety inspections, setting-out, pre and post-pour checks, concreting, planning and monitoring progress of the works, pricing works, extra-works, subcontractor payments calculations and interim valuations
