• As part of Swiss Center of Expertise, production and review of the balance sheet accounts in compliance with US GAAP for EMEA and LATAM entities. Participation in managing the relationships and follow-up with internal and external providers; support and assist tax department on their local tax compliance requirements.• Within the team dedicated to emerging businesses: production and review of the statutory books for recently companies acquired; strike-off of the former companies; and provision of a high level of expertise to Business Partners.

• Contribution to the development of the Expertise Advice department• Responsible for expertise and fiscal advice mission with regional and national companies achieving up to 170 MM € turnover • Carry-out high value-added missions and advices with the companies : reporting, balanced scorecards, cost accounting, cost accounting management controller, business plan, budget control, benchmarks, accounts consolidation followed by cash flows, cash position. Presentation at the annual general assembly of shareholders of the partners. Implementation of fiscal integration with groups of companies, fiscal advice. Delivery of internal and external trainings
