Audrie Echnoz, President and CEO for the Corona-Norco Family YMCA, leads a passionate group of volunteer board members and a strong team of 300 YMCA staff members in service to the Eastvale, Corona, Norco, Jurupa Valley and Home Gardens communities in the areas of Youth Development, Healthy Living and Social Responsibility.Audrie is passionate about strengthening communities through the mission and focus of the YMCA while empowering individuals to reach their fullest potential. Through over 24 years of work within the YMCA movement, Audrie has held leadership positions in Long Beach, Gardena, Hollywood, and now in Corona.Audrie is active in the Corona community having graduated from the 2021 Corona Chamber Executive Leadership Roundtable program where local leaders learned more about the surrounding community in order to provide a greater understanding of the needs and opportunities. Audrie has served on several boards including the Memorial Hospital of Gardena and Su Casa Advisory Board and has been a member of Toastmasters International since 2010.Through the dedication and commitment of our local volunteers and staff, Audrie is committed to ensuring the Corona-Norco Family YMCA continues to meet its mission of putting Judeo-Christian principles into practice through programs that build a healthy spirit, mind and body for all. Having started in child care with a passion for improving the lives of children, I continued to learn and grow through multiple department leadership opportunities including membership, aquatics, resident camp, day camp, community outreach, special events and fundraising. I learned the foundation of YMCA program development, staff development, and fiscal management and have been guided by those lessons ever since.
