Hope Within Community Health, Counseling, and Dental Center is a Christ-centered, 501(c)3 nonprofit that provides free primary medical care (and most prescriptions), donation-based basic dental care to uninsured, low-income residents of Dauphin, Lancaster, and Lebanon Counties in Pennsylvania. Hope Within also offers counseling with no eligibility requirements, with the fee negotiated based on a patient's income and starting as low as $5.
