I am an Emmy Award-winning news anchor and seasoned storyteller. I bring warmth and confidence to live shows, while demonstrating strong interviewing skills, solid journalistic judgment and the ability to ad-lib effectively. I am currently a morning news anchor at CBS Chicago (WBBM-TV). Since joining the station in 2015 as a reporter, I have been on the front line of some of the biggest breaking news stories in Chicago and around the country. My live, team coverage of major breaking stories in Chicago has lead to several regional Emmy nominations - and a win.Beyond her broadcasting achievements, I have a heart to serve. I am a board member of the YWCA Metropolitan Chicago, which works to eliminate racism and empower women. I also serve as a board member of Salt & Light Coalition and volunteer is various capacities with non-profits focused on youth mentorship and empowerment in Chicago.
