Current• Setting up the Odoo system, which involves configuring various modules (like CRM, sales, inventory, accounting, HR, etc.) according to the specific needs of the organization.• Customizing the system to better fit organizational processes or integrating additional features. • Ensuring data integrity during the migration of existing data into the Odoo system and managing ongoing data entry and maintenance.• Regularly maintaining the system, which includes updating it to the latest versions, performing backups, and ensuring data security.• Acting as the first point of contact for any issues or problems that arise with the Odoo system, troubleshooting them, and providing solutions.• Monitoring the system’s performance and making adjustments to improve efficiency and user experience.• Generating reports as required by the management and maintaining thorough documentation of the system setup, customizations, and processes.• Coordinating with Odoo service providers for additional support, services, or when purchasing new modules or extensions.• Keeping up-to-date with new Odoo features and modules, and understanding how they can benefit the organization.
