Key responsibilities:- Full responsibility for all sales within a company (four different business lines): a) ab initio flight training school b) type rated training c) SimHelp (technical support for simulators) d) Momook (training management software);- To compose, to manage, to coach and to monitor the sales team (12 persons);- Proactive direct sales to more sophisticated customers in Russia & CIS, Europe, Middle East, Asia Pacific, South America;- Business development worldwide and participating in various projects within a company or group, acting as a team leader or as a team member;- To start and to develop a successful business model in South East Asia (2014-2015) from a blank page;Key achievements:- Successfully opened a new training base in Singapore in partnership with Chinese public company (worth $2B at stock exchange);- > US$1m revenue generated from zero within Asia Pacific region (in 18 months) by signing contracts with Hevi Lift (Papua New Guinea), Saurya Airlines (Nepal), Air Mandalay & Myanmar National Airlines (both Myanmar), Pelita Air & Indonesia Air Transport (both Indonesia), Raya Airways (Malaysia), Orient Thai Airlines (Thailand);- Ensured continuously growth in revenue in general (up to 12% annually);- Successfully switched approx. 60% of revenue from Russia to Europe and Asia after Russia’s authority refused to approve a company as ATO in Russia due to political reasons;- Successfully launched self-sponsored pilot business line from zero (generates >US$3m now);- Well known customers attracted: Condor Flugdienst (Germany), Air Austral (France), Thai Airways (Thailand), White Airways (Portugal) etc.;- Successfully installed A320 FFS in house (taken on a dry lease from CAE);Baltic Aviation Academy is an aviation training organization (ATO) in Northern Europe with many international approvals which offers following training courses: ab initio school, flight crew training, cabin crew training, ground handling training and more.

Key responsibilities:- Full responsibility to establish and develop relationship with Government bodies and/or intermediates in order to be approved as service supplier;- Covered markets include Myanmar, Cambodia, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam;Key achievements:- Set of meetings have been arranged with Myanmar Air Force and Royal Thai Army including visits to their military bases;- Appropriate agents has been selected and approval process has been started with Royal Thai Army;Helisota is an international provider of integrated maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) services for rotorcraft aviation.
