Responsibilities & major achievements:I was responsible for creation and implementation of the company’s marketing & communications strategy and tools: all related policies and procedures, web site, social media, sales presentations, brochures, advertising campaigns, sponsorship, etc. I also held a prime responsibility in developing a new business development strategy for the company and providing guidelines in its implementation: new products and markets, Key Account Management system, etc.

Creation and implementation of Communications and Crisis Communications Policy & Procedures; Key Account Management policy and program, etc. Development of marketing and communications tools: web site; newsletters, presentations, publications, etc. Daily contacts with related stakeholders: international and domestic media; PR and advertising agencies; business organizations, etc.

Responsibilities & major achievements:As Senior Marketing and Communications Manager at Skanska's company in Lithuania, I was responsible for the company’s marketing, market communication, as well as external and internal communications. My area of responsibilities also covered establishing and implementing corporate and segmented marketing strategies and action plans, identifying potential customers and projects for the company. I was instrumental in creating and implementing its Key Account Management (KAM) and Client Relations Management (CRM) systems. I was also a member of the company's Management Team and a member of the CRM team of Skanska Oy (the Skanska subsidiary in Finland, to which Skanska Statyba reported).
