Started as a cashier and worked my way to a management role in less than two years. I implemented new strategies and structure to my department. I trained more than 20 cashiers, many working their first job, to start the spring season, where we ran more transactions in that season than the rest of the year combined. I was responsible for opening and closing all registers, scheduling lunch breaks, ordering some retail items and all office and store supplies, creating daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly tasks lists, and also instructions on how to do certain tasks.

Edited and wrote copy for over 100 products then uploaded them all to various online marketplaces such as Lowe's, Amazon, Groupon, HomeDepot, WalMart, and Wish to name a few. Worked with many different platforms and helped upkeep the database of product information. Also helped answer support emails and handled the return process.
