Using my experience from mobility and technology to assist Brakar in setting and achieving their goals for autonomy and technology.

As CEO and first employee in SaaS startup CloudWay Services I get to use a wide range of my skills - and learn many new ones. We develop and deliver B2B SaaS services to clients worldwide, focusing on Microsoft 365 and cybersecurity. I work together with my 10 highly skilled colleagues and MVPs in CloudWay, ensuring the services we deliver are cutting edge.Ensuring customer value while working with product development, building the brand and marketing and delivering our services on our way to product market fit in a bootstrapped SaaS tech start-up is truly rewarding (and challenging), enabling me to work both with technology and with people.

While working full time with technology, I am since 2011 Chairman of the Board in the small industrial company Telespinn AS. Working with a completely different kind of business gives me interesting input and exciting challenges that I would not get otherwise.

As Head of Strategy and Development my role was to set the direction, as well as actually making things happen. My responsibilities included the digital services (including AI) we provided to our 100 000 daily customers as well as 500MNOK in yearly revenue. The Portal & Mobile Department is a team of more than 20 highly skilled consultants and developers in CGI Norway. We design and build web portals, intranets and mobile solutions. The team has expertise in EpiServer CMS, User Experience, Mobile Developement and SharePoint. I managed the team on a day-to-day basis making sure that we staffed up projects with the correct resources, that people were happy and could develop their skills further to achieve their personal career goals, and created value for our customers while making a profit for CGI.

My position as a technical writer/reviewer for Amobil since 2005 has provided me with a deep understanding of information technology in general and mobile communications and mobile applications in particular.

After joining Logica as a SharePoint Consultant working with all aspects of the SharePoint platform, I was after 3 months promoted to Department Manager,

Working as an independent SharePoint Consultant enabled me to work with all aspects of the SharePoint platform. Among my customers were my previous employers Bouvet and Atea.

My time at Bouvet enabled me to work with custom SharePoint development, where I gained useful knowledge of software development as well as user experience within one of leading companies in this area in Norway.

My first job as a consultant was in Atea, a large infrastructure company. Here I got extensive knowledge both of SharePoint infrastucture and front-end, but also of adjoining technologies. Most interesting from this time is however all the experience I gained in how to collabotrate effectively within organizations, and helping organizations work better and smarter using modern technology. Joining Atea via Atea's trainee program and Microsoft University, I was working as a Senior Consultant one year later. I was also doing presentations at different Atea events during my time in Atea.

I was lucky to be a part of starting up MobilData Byhaven. In 2002 we also started another MobilData company, MobilData KBS. I was the manager for both stores while working at MobilData.I am happy to say that we made profit from day one during my time at MobilData.
