Scientific Manager in the Eurostars project iVAR.- Oversee development of project timelines and procedures.- Ensure compliance with accepted scientific methods and standards.- Review data for quality control.- Represent the company and project at client meetings, professional meetings, and symposia.- Provide technical support for, and help maintain professional and credible relationships with key partners.- Develop awareness and understanding of competitor issues/intelligence, such as product strategies, commercial message, positioning etc.

- Planning and specification of Research and Development projects including instrumentation, programming and practical laboratory implementation.- Modeling/design of mechanical equipment by use of CAD-software.- Participation in Prototype testing.- Design of Electrical Installations.- Communication with customer, 3rd parties, internal teams, product management and stakeholders incl. quotation preparations and contract negotiation.- Preparation of product documentation.- EHS responsible incl. organization of risk evaluations, HAZOP, safe job analysis.- Application of industrial standards, recommended practice and CE-marking.- Development and optimization of internal work processes.
