- Technical Direction for the whole of NAV. Created "Teknisk Retning" with the rest of the principal team, to articulate a direction for the 100++ teams of NAV. Updated yearly and presented 20-30 times a year.- Mentoring. Mentoring Tech leads and senior developers.- Coding. Part of team that created emergency services during the Covid crisis. Worked in the sickness benefit team during initial period and later when needed. Created an application that shows all the interconnection between all applications running in Nais.- Engineering Context for management. Regular meeting with top management, to give engineering context.- Working on important strategic efforts. Worked on a new strategy for NAV, as well as a new organisation model. Part of multiple groups working on smaller strategic efforts, ie. cloud, data, product management. Moving NAv applications to public cloud.Building and growing a development department from 0 to 250 people.
