Although, I've only been a theatre actor for more than 3 years (2 with the Village Playhouse), I have been acting on and off in Films (professional & independent), Television (TV shows & commercial spots) for 20 years. I started off doing Extra work in Chicago and moved on to work in Milwaukee.My most notable films have been as a S.W.A.T. officer in "Batman Begins" and "The Dark Knight" and independent films like "SeRum" with local director Rex Sikes, and "Serial Daters Anonymous" directed by Christopher Carson Emmons. My Theatre experience includes "Mask of the Red Death," "Pillowman," "Psych," a Dancer in "A Thousand Times Goodnight," "The Strange Case of Dr. Jekyll & Mr. Hyde," and "The Dutchman." I've also had professional Level One Small Sword Training.I'm currently a member of the Board at the Village Playhouse which includes handling the publicity for our Theatre company, and in the future I plan on Writing and Producing my own Stage plays...

In this customer-centric role, I would use my exceptional sales skills and savvy negotiation skills to confidently save and retain current subscribers from disconnecting their Spectrum services. I would investigate problems, track reasons for disconnect requests, and take ownership of customers’ concerns to assist them in making the decision to stay. Often times, I would create and modify Work Orders for customers who wanted to make changes in services.
