PT Pertamina Patra Niaga is a sub-holding of PT Pertamina (Persero) which is engaged in Commercial and Trading (C&T) Subholding which is part of Pertamina's downstream business activity chain and is run through PT Pertamina Patra Niaga. At this opportunity, I did an internship in Human Capital Function at PT Pertamina Patra Niaga Regional Jawa Bagian Barat by doing:• Assisted with the management of the intern program, which included checking the requirement of applicants, issuing a memo to intended divisions, and help to manage the final report of interns• Assisted in organizing a large corporate event with more than 50 participants by helping registration process and handling on-stage equipment• Designed posters and broadcasts for the Independence Day Competition which was attended by more than 200 participants
