Responsible for global Governance and Strategic Development of Property Protection. In addition responsibility for the Corporate Security Liason for Region AP. Building and fostering a regional interdisziplinary and diverse Security Community for AP countries as well as for business departments globally.Part of the Siemens Healthineers Business Principle Catalyst organization and HPS (Healthineers Performance System) organization.

Responsibility as global head for strategic development and coordination for Corporate ID Card and Physical Access Control. Additionally responsibility for development and coordination lead of holistic protection concepts for existential assets (‘asset classification and protection process’). Also central coordination, steering and management of interdisciplinary organizational departments for governance and service functions. This includes strategic development of guidelines and standards, lead and management of corporate projects, planning and controlling, assessments and audits.

Responsible for consultation and execution of international audits & assessments, trainings and reviews for protection of properties, development of protection concepts. Also responsible for the development of governance guidelines and requirements for basic and specialized protection of properties. This includes project leads for planning of new construction site under consideration of security and economic aspects, as well as interdisciplinary IT application development. Invovled and supporting function for interdisciplinary Situation and Threat Analysis & Travel Security.

Responsible for development of tactical protection and reconnaissance measures for close protection and event protection. Accomplished by introduction and coordination of equipment as well as processes for protection means. Special responsibility for planning, coordination, management and execution of individual private security and safeguarding measures for Members of Managing Board / Supervisory Board. This includes analysis of threats, risks and exposure for Members of Managing Board / Supervisory Board.
