I adeptly managed digital assets utilizing Digital Asset Management software and played a pivotal role in maintaining organization and readiness across seven studios. My responsibilities also encompassed setting up and breaking down lighting for various Mattel brands and their partnering toys and games. I provided technical expertise in producing 360-degree imagery tailored for e-commerce and diligently adhered to the creative direction for each brand. This ensured that the photo shoots I assisted with not only mirrored the proposed photographic layouts but also effectively met the requirements of creative services and marketing.

At Studio 4B, I established and grew a thriving photography business and brand, amassing a diverse clientele of over 300 local, national, and international clients. I orchestrated both outdoor and studio shoots tailored for magazines, catalogs, and fashion lookbooks. My leadership role extended to hiring and overseeing photographers for an array of on-site and in-studio projects and events. I meticulously managed an expansive image database comprising over 150,000 photos, ensuring a seamless digital workflow from collection to keywording and archiving, primarily utilizing Lightroom.
