Aughbar (Austin R Gomez) is an award-winning filmmaker, first-generation Thai and Cuban American from Acworth, Georgia. He graduated from the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) in 2024 with a B.F.A. in Film and Television and a minor in Creative Writing. He was the only student of his class to be featured twice in the senior spotlight showcase and was voted by faculty to be in competition for two Emmy College Television Award Nominations. His previous works include music video, corporate commercials, and short fiction. Currently based in Atlanta, Georgia, he is promoting his first film, "The Humming Grows," an action- thriller where he served as director, writer, producer, and editor. (aughbar.com)
