 Preparation of Subcontract agreement and evaluate variations for Subcontractor’s and maintain subcontractor’s records.  Evaluate and submit variation claims to consultant. Preparation of detailed Payment Applications. Review and evaluated the subcontractor’s payment application for the progress of work.  Take off quantities (Civil & Fit Out) from Tender Drawings to Shop drawings.  Preparation of Payment log, Variation log and subcontractor log for internal report. Assisting Commercial Manager for Preparation of Cost Report for the Project Preparation of Final Account for the Projects. Preparation of Final Account for the Subcontractor’s. Assist Commercial Manager on other trades. Attend Site visit as needed. Provide with details of potential contra charges and set-off against the subcontractors/suppliers. Ensure that the cost is ideally manage within the budget throughout the project Knowledge of Principle of Measurement International (POMI). Assist the Legal Department for the documents needed for the Arbitration/Court case.  Study in condition of contract /FIDIC

 Quantifying interior fit-out from tender drawings to approved shop drawings. Quantity take-off for civil works items such as screeding, plastering and waterproofing. Preparation of accurate detailed payment applications to ensure payment is submitted by cut-off date and conduct site valuation. Evaluate subcontractor’s payment certificate and variation claims. Preparing budget forecast summary and budget reconciliation to oversee the allowed budget. Preparation of Payment log, Variation log and subcontractor log for internal report. Preparation of final account. Sending enquiry to subcontractor and supplier to gather quotations and material sample for approval. Prepare budget comparison for the selection of subcontractor and supplier for respective packages or trade. Prepare estimate of materials for quotation and coordinate with procurement officer. Prepare procurement log to ensure all materials delivered. Preparing bills of quantities and other tender documentation for competitive tendering for projects. Study contract, BOQ, specification and drawings in related to the project.

Position: Quantity Surveyor (Site) Project Involve in:  Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre Phase 2 value at AED 1.2+ billion and Phase 2B aloft hotel Project 17th storey value at AED 398 million.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:  Quantifying interior fit-out finishes and cladding works. Quantifying civil engineering works, substructure and superstructure. Quantity take-off from tender drawing and approved shop drawing. (As per measurement of principles, International). Preparation of monthly valuation base on site for billing. Assist the Senior Quantity Surveyor to prepare certify claims submitted by sub-contractor and payment certificate. Negotiation with sub-contractor on their interim payment as per site measurement. Preparation of variation order through Engineer Instructions. Coordinate with cost consultant regarding monthly valuation. Coordinate with Construction Manager to prepare the quantity of materials needed by the site. Quantifying final measurement thru As-built for final contract BOQ. Study contract, BOQ, specification and drawings in related to the project
