A few years back, I was extremely introverted and shy. When I had started my first job, I absolutely loved it and retail opened my eyes to what felt like a whole new world! Though it took one of my management staff truly believing in me and taking the time to train and develop me that I took an immediate interest. I started to come out of my shell and it felt absolutely amazing to help people find what they needed, wanted, or didn't even know we had! I wanted everyone I worked with or came across to have that connection and to have someone to believe in them and invest their time and knowledge. I have had 7 years of retail and customer service experience with 5 out of those 7 years being in a management leadership role. In these various roles, I have gained extensive knowledge of KPI's and business analysis, helped continuously grow and develop members of my team and of course product knowledge. To continuously better ourselves for the betterment of others, as well as the work environment and social environment we are constantly in, is something I wholeheartedly believe in. I tirelessly and relentlessly aim to give my customers, peers, and mentors consistency, durability, and results. If those are not met, I adapt to the challenge and better myself so that I can not only further myself as a professional, but also grow and ensure my peers knowledge and adaptability as well.I'm currently seeking the opportunity to network with more amazing members of retail and customer service experts.
