• Plan and execute Systems Integration & Test at Integrated Aircraft Systems Laboratory -- Airplane Zero.

• Execute I&T of Raytheon’s next generation high-power, AESA-based, airborne RF electronic system (NGJ).

• Execute Air & Missile Defense Capability (AMDC) Integration & Test - IDIQ Task Orders.

• Support on-site HW and SW upgrade of the Upgraded Early Warning Radar at Clear AFS/SFS, Alaska.

• Perform integration & test of the Air & Missile Defense Capability (AMDC) Patriot Adapted Components (net-centric, plug and fight capability).

• Perform integration & test of the Patriot Modernization programs.

• Research (in collaboration with EPRI) and conduct laboratory studies on power distribution cables and assets. • Plan, implement, and perform high voltage (5kV-400kV) and current (2k Amps) tests in accordance with industry standards and specifications (IEEE 4, ASTM 149, AEIC CS, etc). • Tests include: AC/DC voltage and current withstand test; impulse test; dissipation factor test; partial discharge test (Time Domain Reflectometry). • Collect and analyze test data, analyze failures, and generate reports and presentations. • Provide on-the-job training to lab technicians.

• Design engineering projects for New York City’s electric power distribution systems (4 – 27kV). • Model and analyze electric network performance, and interpret results against specifications. • Identify requirements, design, and create construction layouts with CAD program (MicroStation). • Create engineering basis of estimates and generate work proposals to meet system requirements/load forecast. • Monitor and respond to system emergencies in accordance with federal, state, and city regulations.
