I was one of the few trainers trusted with guiding a new employee through their first few weeks in the store until we were provided with the Guru training station, an internet based training computer, which I was responsible for guiding them through as well. My burger king, store #7824 was the busiest in the district and we were often facing several thousand dollar days where the majority of it would be made during our busy periods of lunch and dinner. While working ten to eleven hour shifts to give myself days off to go to school I often worked both of the busiest times during the day and maintained a professional attitude through the stress.
