I am a dedicated and experienced technical career coach with a passion for helping individuals and communities succeed. With extensive experience in curriculum development and lesson planning, I am well-equipped to provide students with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed in today's ever-changing job market. In my previous roles as a training facilitator supervisor and career coach, I worked with team members to develop and implement training programs that improved participant excellence and achieved outstanding results. I have also held management positions, where I cultivated customer loyalty, and fostered positive work environments. With a bachelor's degree in business administration, a certificate in certified business engagement, and another in intercultural management, I possess a wide range of skills that include budgeting, financial management, leadership, marketing campaigns, staff management, and more. I am committed to creating a positive impact in the lives of those around me and am always looking for new ways to innovate and achieve success.
