„Ekolaboratorija“ – is an ecological artistic social initiative / project aimed at drawing public attention to the problem of climate change, promoting reduction of consumption, waste sorting, and secondary use of resources. Followed by NGO establishment. As a result of of Baltic countries Eco advocated assembly initiated by British council. Advising ecological solutions in their working environments, providing artistic, smart "green" solutions. Organising and coordinating recycling art workshops, installations, interactive events, exhibitions, collaborations between private companies artists, society and public sector.

"Ekolaboratorija" as an ecological artistic social initiative expanded the idea of secondary use and became Eco friendly brand with actual collections of pieces useful to everyday life.3 secondary use materials that generates huge amount of waste: Already used advertising billboards, Textile blends material from recycled textile and Wood waste from the furniture industry – all rose into new things as bags, backpacks, belts, wallets, belts, computer cases, badges and brooches"Eko laboratory" has found a solution that benefits nature! By wearing the products of this series people would be able to be proud not only of their originality, but also of awareness, as they contribute to the reduction of landfills in Lithuania.

Trainings supervised by Augusta Imbrasienė (as a director of "Ekolaboratorija") in collaboration with AB "Ūkio Bankas" under the guidance of UNDP.Main Topics:- Conducted evaluation of employee behavior and waste generation across branches and departments by clarifying resource usage, evaluating costs, and surveying 50 employees.- Developed eco-solutions and conducted training for the bank's 60 employees in different branches, identifying reduction possibilities for resource usage, presenting information on the ongoing eco project, changes to be implemented, and ways they could contribute to the initiative.- Evaluated the effectiveness of changes made through an additional employee survey and analysing economic, environmental, and employee behavior changes.- Analysed the results of the evaluation and provided recommendations for further improvements.
