Partikular is a popular science magazine written for and by young people. We have a website that’s open for everyone and a physical magazine that we mainly sell to High Schools. Particular is a non-profit and our writers and the board works without compensation.

During four weeks of the summer of 2024 I participated in the Rays summer research school. Under the mentorship of PhD student Alexandra Argyeio at Karolinska Institutet I conducted my own research and wrote a paper. My project was in immunology and I investigated how quickly and to what degree dendritic cells produce two types of cytokines after they detect an infection.

In February 2022 I qualified through a written test to compete in the Swedish National Final for EOES 2022.There I was chosen as team leader for one of the two teams of three that made up the Swedish National Team by showing competence both in the laboratory and with my communication and team work abilities. I was given special responsibility for the biology part of the competition. In March the team spent a week at Chalmers University of Technology learning theory and practicing laboratory techniques.In May my team and I competed for Sweden in the Czech Republic.
