I have over three years of experience in delivering excellence in customer experience and operational efficiency, with a bachelor's degree in service management focusing on retail management. As the vice president of Helsingborgssektionen Agora, I coordinated the student representatives from the Faculty of Social Sciences at Lund University Campus Helsingborg and represented them in various decision-making bodies at Lund University. My mission was to ensure that the students' interests and views was heard and addressed by the university administration and faculties.I also have experience in project management and community development, having worked as a project team member and a team leader at Helsingborgs Stad for the Paviljongen and Havoteket projects, which were part of the H22 city expo. These projects involved investigation, planning, and evaluation work for enhancing the security, business development, and social inclusion of the city's public spaces. I collaborated with different stakeholders, such as city officials and citizens, and applied my problem-solving and communication skills to achieve the project goals and deliver a positive experience for the visitors.
