With resilience, innovation, and a passion for growth, I’ve built my career helping individuals and businesses unlock their potential through creative solutions and steadfast leadership.My story begins in 1990 when, as an 8-year-old, I experienced a life-altering tragedy—the sudden and unexpected loss of my father. Struggling with grief led to unhealthy habits, and by 16, I was battling obesity, pre-diabetes, depression and anxiety. It was at this low point that I discovered the transformative power of running. What started as a challenge became my path to healing and strength. Running taught me discipline, perseverance, and the value of incremental progress.In 2004, I completed my first marathon—a milestone that inspired my professional journey. A year later, I joined Road Runner Sports with a mission to help others discover the life-changing power of running. Starting in phone sales, I quickly advanced into leadership roles, driving customer experience initiatives and strategic revenue programs. My ability to embrace uncertainty, coupled with the resilience I honed as a runner, allowed me to lead and execute high-impact projects with confidence.In 2009, I spearheaded one of the company’s five core initiatives, overcoming significant early obstacles in securing internal buy-in, and turned a nearly-canceled program into one of the most profitable in company history. This experience solidified my reputation as a builder and innovator, earning me the opportunity to hire, develop and lead a team of Revenue Program Managers. Together, we delivered programs that drove tens of millions in revenue across multiple product lines and selling channels.Building on these successes, I founded Locomotio in 2019, a consulting agency focused on helping SMBs achieve scalable growth by optimizing their approach to omni-channel commerce. Then, in 2022, I co-founded Shoely, a personalization technology company that leverages mobile 3D scanning, additive manufacturing and AI to revolutionize how people find and fit footwear, offering personalized solutions that enhance comfort, performance and well-being.Today, I continue to lead with purpose, bringing creativity, empathy, and data-driven strategies to every challenge I tackle.
