Responsible for coordinating, planning, and reporting on the financial activities of the Children's Home. Sets financial policies and oversee accounting, bookkeeping, and auditing departments.

Serves as the overseer of the company general ledger and manages all function of the accounting department. Also works with the COO and with Program Directors to review actual spending and projections. Other functions includes: preparation of grant and company budgets, preparation of monthly financial packet for CFO, prepare and implement company accounting procedures, assist CFO with maintaining CCHP various financial models, survey spending across all funding sources.
