I'm currently working in the Svam Plus d.o.o. (Croatian ERP company, part of IN2 Group) in the ERP Implementation Department where my main focus is on integrating customers' IT infrastructure with our ERP. My daily jobs mean loads of SQL queries (SSMS), some MS Access, and constantly improving my BI knowledge on the Birst (Infor). And lately, during my leisure time, I've taken the challenge to widen my skills in HTML, CSS, JS and other Internet-based technologies.I was a member of our Implementation team for our big customer in Croatian textile industry (production-based user). My main focus is the modification of various customer reports in MS Access. This project is generally aimed at remote (in-office) troubleshooting of our user requirements/issues and on-site travel to users for education and meetings.Also, another half of my working time is spent on a BI project - I do the integration of our Datawarehouse to Birst BI solution, and take care of the user's needs for reports and the system stability.

I’ve got acquainted with the architecture, fundamental functionalities and mode of operating of embedded devices (motherboards) for smart systems of Industry 4.0. My main tasks were to understand how each product works, to establish the process of testing, to test the product and to create documentation for customers. I have shown a high level of responsibility for my work, and a professional interest in understanding user needs and how to improve existing work processes. I’ve successfully met the set norms (with a reliable quality of service), independently performed the set tasks and showed calmness and resourcefulness when working in stressful situations.

Participation within the EuroCC project activities for the University Computing Center in Zagreb.System maintenance of Linux servers at SRCE company (configuration of required functionalities, security mechanisms, performance tuning, creation and installation of software packages and their documentation, system monitoring).Working on the HPC computer cluster Isabella, usage of cluster software environments (CUDA, MPI).Introduction to the organizational structure of SRCE, general acts, and processes in SRCE and business processes in the Sector for Computer Systems.Team cooperation in performing tasks as well as respecting and following the prescribed procedures.

This was a job that I did as a student and as I recall it was also one of the jobs that I enjoyed the most working.Working at T-Mobile allowed me a lot to develop my interpersonal and soft skills - this job was mainly based on telephone communication and remote presentational skills.I was a part of a team of young and enthusiastic students like me - we were provided with the proper education, tips, and weekly/monthly feedback from our team leader (which were very positive and helped me to improve in my job).Working goals and accomplishments: • best quality – interest, and professionalism in communicating with clients, • providing information to the product and service users, • training of new colleagues and helping clients in solving their problems, • reliable when executing my tasks on time.

I was helping my colleague with cerebral paralysis while doing practical tasks on a computer (such as typing) during the lectures at the class and with the other things that he was unable to do himself (such as administrative help). This was a part-time job that I was doing parallel to my studies.
