Responsible for the operations and execution of the Health System's strategic initiatives in both our hospital and ambulatory settings across the North Texas Region. Responsible for the operations of Clements University Hospital (751 beds) and Zale Lipshy Pavilion (124 beds) an academic hospital that includes acute, behavioral health and inpatient rehabilitation units. Oversee Perioperative Services, Clinical Laboratory, Imaging, Radiation Oncology and Support Services across the Health System’s hospital, main campus and regional clinics. Additionally, responsible for hospital operations to include transfer center, bed control, facilities, and information technology. Serve as the Executive sponsor of our institution’s Veterans Program and Health System Administrative Fellowship Program.

Administrator of the O'Donnell Brain Institute and Neuroscience Service Line at UT Southwestern Medical Center. Responsible for the coordination of patient care, staff and financial resources across the ambulatory clinics and university hospitals. The O'Donnell Brain Institute is composed of the following clinical and research departments: Neurology, Neurosurgery, PM&R, Psychiatry, Neuroradiology, Pediatric Neurology, Neuroscience and Center for Alzheimer's and Neurodegenerative Disease. Additionally serve as the Executive Sponsor and Program Director for the UTSW Administrative Fellow Program.

Administrator of an academic clinical division for a division composed of 109 clinical and research faculty and over 340 staff and trainees. Actively engaged in the administration of the anesthesiology, pain medicine, critical care and respiratory care service lines at MD Anderson Cancer Center. Responsible for the management of clinical operations, research and education programs. Develop forecasting models and reports to manage the division’s annual $280M budget. Administrative liaison to the four, and soon to be seven, MD Anderson Regional Care Centers for our anesthesiology and pain medicine practices. D.
