Program Consultant (Freelance)
CurrentKey responsibilities:• Provide guidance and support in the planning, creation, and administration of programs or initiatives.• Guide strategic planning and assist with outlining long-term objectives and action plans. • Design, organize, and implement systems and tools to automate routine tasks and make processes more accurate and consistent. • Collaborate with a cross-functional group of both internal and externa; stakeholders.• Concisely summarize project findings across several initiatives and creates specific recommendations for the management team.• Undertake/Conduct studies, research, and evaluations.• Build capacity of program staff through trainings.• Develop project proposals, concept notes and reports.• Meet with internal product owners to learn more about how units/departments work or to implement strategies.• Plan and implement analysis that require finding, pulling, and manipulating data to drive business insights.• Run reports, reviewing for potential issues to escalate to the team, and sharing reporting with stakeholders.
