CURRENT RESPONSIBILITIESUnit General AccountsGeneral LedgerAccounts Payable,Accounts Receivable, Fixed assets, Unit Trial Balance and MIS finalisationAnalysis, reconciliation periodically and reporting.Provide accurate financial, data to support management in decision-making.Review and analyze inter-unit transactionsAccounting schedule preparation and corrective actionAccounts PayableVendor, service bills scrutinizing and ensuring the payment as per the agreed termVendor ledger analysis and periodic balance review with vendor'sSupervision of Petty Cash Management Costing AS 2 Valuation cost workings and finalising the inventory valuation with auditors.; CAS 4 costing for captive consumption Products.W.I.P valuation every month.Cost of each process and preparation of Product wise Cost sheets Monitoring of Actual with respect to Budgets and highlighting the variances.To review and control of general expensesHighlight issues / trends and provide proposals and solutions to local management and for cost and financial controllingActively participate in the Continuous Improvement Process Tax & Other ActivitiesTDS / TCS payment, returns and certificate generation.Excise Duty payable & Cenvat / Vat credit receivable reconciliation.Excise and service tax E Return filing Monthly & Half YearlyEnsuring PF,ESI,TDS, Profession tax are properly deducted and remitted on time.Working closely with Departmental heads in terms of managing and forecasting revenue as per budgetsMonitoring of Slow and non moving InventorySupportive FunctionsSupporting for to preparation of financial reports including Profit and Loss, income and balance sheet statements.Ensure all journal entries comply with internal and external audit requirements.Notes on Accounts
