Drilling, Anchoring, Shortcreting (Geotech and Civil)Menard Oceania & Spiecapag Australia Joint Venture (MOSA JV) – Lihir Gold Mine, Newcrest Mining LtdLihir Ground Support and Stabilization Project- Phase 14aStarted: 2021 August My Duties Includes; Project planning and programing, monitoring resource requirements and cost control especially for Drilling, Anchor installation, grouting, concrete slabs, shotcreting, rock bolting. Providing and Prepare periodic reports for the project both daily and weekly report preparedly daily works and the whole week work done including men hours and machinery hours Monthly reconciliation reports General supervision ensures project targets are met on time, to required specification and within budget to meet established schedule and to archive best possible outcome per workmanship. Directing concrete and grout samples for UCS tests  Onsite Stressing tests of various drill holes of up to 20m – 80m holes Running of DaviGyro Survey especially for a drill holes of 60m – 80m holes Compiling different test results of UCS tests, Stressing tests, DaviGyro Survey results and reporting direct to the Project Manager Worked as a Safety officer in preparing and providing daily Job Safety Environment Analysis (JSEA) of different work environment and operator and supervisor Task Based verificationchecklists (OCCC & FCCC) and daily pre-start checklists of different machineries. Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) on project plans Preparing quantity take offs & Material scheduling Interpretations of drawings, plans, and specifications for the project construction Coordinating all mobilizations and demobilizations from different work place to another.

My Duties Includes;Supporting Project Manager in coordinating the construction methodology, project scope of work, project time line management• Assisting Senior Engineer in Material Estimation, Bill of Quantity (BOQ) Generation & procurement of project materials• Current ongoing project Supervision on a weekly basis.• Assisting Senior Engineer in reviewing Bids to assess conformity to requested contract requirements and determining acceptable bids• Administering sub-contracts performances• Assisting Senior Engineer Providing accurate cost reports, project forecasts budgets and cash flow.• Ensure safety, efficiency and QA/QC are maintained so that work progress within budget and schedule• Maintain project schedules by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems.• Assisting procurement Manager in initiating the procurement of material by identifying and assigning per required to work order.

|ADB Funded-Geotechnical Drilling and Foundation Studies of One Lane Bridges & Slope Failures of Highlands Higway|Duties including:- Face Mapping, Ground Control Measurements, land slide inspections and monitoring geotechnical hazards.- Carrying out mantaianance on field equipments - Rough sketching and drawing and specifications of a site as part of data interpretation-Labelling, packaginr & transporting samples with adherence to AS standard.-Interpreting GPS- the Depth, Degree and the direction of inclination-Assisting & Supervising Drill crews/Offsiders and drillers- Analyzing and describing Core samples coming from core barrel onto the Log Book-Assisting Laboratory Technicians in Testing soil and rock samples for Particle Size Distribution, Atterberg Limits, Moisture Content and UCS tests-Assisting Senior Engineer in scheduling the shifting of diamond drilling Rigs to the next station point.-Ensuring drill pads are prepared in advance, inspected and signed off.-Ensure all drill holes are drilled to the standard.-Writing reports (daily drill hole reports, Landslide Hazard and Risk Assessments reports, Lab test reports, geological and geotechnical reports) compiling in one and presenting it to our major clients like DoW (Department of works) and copy to MCC(China Railway Engineering)-QC/QA of every daily work plan
