Marketing • Developing marketing strategies for the region for the sales of coconut seedlings.• Designing and mobilizing the promotional activity in the target market by conducting institutional meeting, farmers meeting, Display in exhibitions, van campaign, road shows, displaying billboards and hoardings etc.• Arranging the loyalty programme to instil brand image to the farmers and co-operatives.• Handling feedback of the customers and provide after sales service.• Coordinate, evaluate and guide the sales team Administration:• Assist in Documentation and certification.• Regular evaluation and training of the staffs and supervisors.• Assist in Offshore Export of the seedlings Show less
