- Reporting to the General Manager/Managing Director- Prepares Monthly Laboratory Analyses Plan- Prepares monthly Production Plan for the Thaumatin division- Prepares annual raw material procurement plan for the department- Prepares annual Production Plan and obtains approval from the General Manager- Prepares weekly Production Report- Prepares annual report for the Department- In charge of raw material procurement- In charge of production and in process quality… Show more - Reporting to the General Manager/Managing Director- Prepares Monthly Laboratory Analyses Plan- Prepares monthly Production Plan for the Thaumatin division- Prepares annual raw material procurement plan for the department- Prepares annual Production Plan and obtains approval from the General Manager- Prepares weekly Production Report- Prepares annual report for the Department- In charge of raw material procurement- In charge of production and in process quality inspection of Thaumatin.- In charge of final quality inspection of Thaumatin to ascertain product conformity to given specification and subsequent categorization of final product as conforming or non-conforming to food safety. - Gives recommendation as to whether non-conforming products should be re-processed, re-graded or discarded.- In charge of treatment and quality control of domestic water.- In charge of treatment of water for power generation- In charge of plywood in process inspection, final inspection and quality assurance.- Responsible for the management of the laboratory at the Thaumatin / Water Treatment/ Plymill Quality Control Department.- Responsible for meeting production targets and stringent quality parameters.- In charge of manpower development and management.- Prepares annual manpower plan, makes sure all vacant positions are filled in coordination with the Human Resource Manager.- Control of chemical, equipment and consumable goods at the department- In charge of procurement of raw materials, machinery, chemicals, consumable items and equipment at the department Show less
