Carried out the routine and maintenance activities of all engines & equipments in the rig site.• carrying out the routine PMS and break down maintenance of diesel engines like Caterpillar D399 3516 B(CAT3412 Emergency Generator, Wartsilla(W 6L26) ,Favellce FAVCO Crane (7.5/10k B267)CAT3406 engine,• Pivotal in carrying out routine PMS maintenance and troubleshooting of machines like Air Compressors (QUINCY Compressor,QSI 500 air cooler, start compressors HL/77 SPERRE , ENWA water maker MT35 T, fire pumps, centrifugal pumps and Hydra Tong MPT 200 T-4423 @IRON Roughneck , man rider FA150KGMR & FA2.5 ,BOP Hoist J.D NEUHAUS, And rotating equipment on the rig. • working on mud pumps (Nov Triplex pump M14-P220 -2200HP ), Top Drive (TDS NOV HPS-1000-2E-AC-KT 2000 kip capacity) ,DRAWWORK (NOV SSDG-4600-57-1,150HP)• Participated in the Safety Meetings on every weekend about the permit work system, emergency safety drills, working of life saving equipment on oil field and unsafe conditions

Responsible for smooth operation of the oil rigs power engine room, air compressor, changing oil and filters and monitoring all running equipments.• Ensured preventive & scheduled maintenance of diesel engines & mud pump & other equipments .• Ensured proper maintenance of various equipment oil levels, greasing, abnormal noise and leakages in mechanical pump,mud agitator etc. • Successfully carryout operation by proper maintaining and monitoring of equipments

Responsible for the maintenance and repairs of Mechanical equipment onboard the unit. Work towards minimizing downtime due to Mechanical equipment failure. Provide safety leadership and on site supervision for both routine and non-routine maintenance activities. Report to the Chief Mechanic / Chief Engineer or Equipment Supervisor (CE/ES) and provide support for safe execution of all maintenance activities onboard the rig. Supervises Motorman when Chief Mechanic is off duty. Carry out regular inspections in accordance with COSL Drilling policies. Be an integral part of the team for near miss / incident and accident reporting Plan look ahead in accordance with future well operations and maintenance activities. Actively participate in approved and recommended training. Participate in the Company competency assurance process for maintenance personnel. Communicate and encourage maintenance personnel to develop their skills and motivation for their current position and next promotional position.Participate in COSL’s behavior based safety programs to foster a Company safety culture. Ensure all maintenance activates adhere to the COSL Permit to Work System. Personnel demonstrate their commitment to COSL Drilling HSE Management System. Weekly safety meetings are recorded to insure that all concerns have been addressed and feedback has been administered to personnel. Preventative Maintenance systems are carried out within COSL Drilling maintenance policies and procedures. Ensure clear departmental handovers are communicated to relief personnel. Participate in and support COSLs behavior based safety programs. Maintain good two-way communication
