Augustine Diji is the founder of Greene & Grand Realty LLC, a Brooklyn, New York based real estate brokerage providing sales and renovation management services to small and medium sized multi family property owners located in the heart of North Western-Central Brooklyn. Greene & Grand Realty's mission is to enhance the value of our clients assets, reduce the stress of managing units and to promote the surrounding community. He is a founder, associate broker and director of compliance and sales with Luxor Homes and Investment Realty LLC, a New York City based boutique real estate brokerage. At Luxor, he works with investors and property owners based in Upper Manhattan and Westchester County, New York. He is a Yoga, Qigong and meditation teacher based in Brooklyn, New York. His studies and teachings have taken him and his family to Rishikesh, India; San Juanillo, Costa Rica; Accra, Ghana and Playa Del Carmen, Mexico. He is the author of the book Strategic Default: How to Create a Brighter Financial Future for Yourself, your Family, and your Business and the blog www.alineyourdebt.com.He earned a dual bachelors degree in psychology and economics from Stony Brook University in New York and a Juris Doctorate from Case Western University School of Law. He was a practicing real estate attorney for 16 years until he entered real estate and business consulting, full time, in 2010.He lives in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn with his wife and 2 children.
