Responsible for the effective handling of customer relations within the service center. Advise customers about necessary service for routine automotive maintenance. Confer with clients about inspection results, recommend corrective procedures, create estimates and prepare work orders for needed repairs. Identify and deliver any up sale opportunities. Handle any customer complaints and identify solutions.

Locate, purchase, negotiate and market corporate aircraft parts and tooling. Provide AOG support with expedited parts locating and delivery. Proficient in Federal Aviation Regulations and requirements for buying and selling aircraft parts. Proficient in the required paperwork and traceability for Part 95, 121, 129, 135 and 145 operators.

Serve as the customer’s single point of contact within the Service Center for maintenance, parts and tooling. Communicate the progress of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance to the client. Interpret customer discrepancies and formulate into task level work orders. Examine the effects of upcoming service orders against facility capabilities and offer solutions for timely execution.
