• Conduct seminar, agent training, and workshop, educate agents and agency on the use of Mkudi mobile payment plat-form and application.• Create awareness of the Mkudi brand, expand knowledge, increase agents retention, and proficiency• Carry out market research, surveys e.t.c competition.• Assesses department’s work flow and proposes suggestions and recommendations to improve the same using best practices management tools in order to simplify procedures, improve performance, reduce cost and increase work quality.• Back office – Activating agent portals• Resetting consumers mobile wallet
