We do so by providing weight management and chronic disease management programs that combine medical care with digital health coaching. Each of our clients is supported by a dedicated specialist doctor and dietitian, helping them eat better, get more active and reduce dependency on medication. Our programs have a track record of improving health outcomes for our clients.I help the company identify channels for growth, and I propose and execute strategies to pursue these channels. Managed to grow our monthly revenue by more than 10x over a period of 3 years. Responsibilities include:- Closing and supporting partnership deals - Providing advice on pricing and partnership terms, project management, and reporting to partners.- Building an internal reporting system to track patient outcomes as well as business performance metrics.- Set up and monitoring of B2C digital marketing efforts (SEO, SEM). - Planning and executing a content plan for patient engagement and brand awareness.- Ensuring that our marketing efforts comply with medical advertising regulations.- Investigating market opportunities and providing advice on overall business strategies.- Providing advice on personal data protection.- Assisting with setting up of telemedicine services.I also tested our health coaching program and managed to lose 5kg in 3 months while eating food that I enjoy. HeartiTech's focus is to help clinics launch their own digital health services so as to improve patient satisfaction and health outcomes.At the core of HeartiTech is a white-labeled communication channel between clinics, patients, and caregivers. I'm one part of the brain of an Infantry battalion. I analyse the terrain and enemy, and guide the battalion in developing a robust course of action. I was trained to think quickly and critically, staying focused for long periods of time (8 days with 4 hours of sleep a day). I worked at least 16 hours a day for 10 months in the battalion. Learnt that leadership is a tough and often lonely path, but highly rewarding when you see your efforts pay off. I can not explain the happiness and pride I feel when I see my team grow in terms of their work and character (more about the character because the work in NS time is hardly applicable outside camp..)The spirit of OCS 'to lead, to excel, to overcome' has been instilled into my character. And I find strength when I'm placed in a leadership position. Couple of things I learnt here:1) How to manage different types of people2) A man convinced against his will is of the same opinion still3) Analysing situations quickly and coming up with creative plans to overcome challenges4) working under pressure
