At Winsupply I started my time here as the lead UI/UX designer for the WISE Modernization project to move the companies software away from RPG greenscreens to a new UI implementing components from PrimeNG.I then transitioned to help create a new team (Project Management) and become the lead designer. In this role my responsibilities are:-Creating a new application from scratch to bring on acquisitions-Consulting with Local Companies to understand their goals while using Winsupply's proprietary ERP system-Developing and presenting mock-ups, prototypes & innovative designs to project stakeholders-Implementing design modifications in response to user and stakeholder feedback-Conducting front-end code evaluations and working with developers to guarantee implementation precision-Ensuring design consistency across domains and platforms while collaborating with other UI/UX designers.-Documenting design decisions.-Documenting and creating a design library for shared knowledge throughout the company and to other designers.-Learning business responsibilities and what is needed to create the most efficient application for our users.

At Penny Lane I was the sole operator of two flatbed printers in a fast paced same day shipping environment for client orders while producing scheduled production runs with a tight and strict deadline. I worked to solve problems in order to help streamline processes of manufacturing with high value accounts such as Meijer, Millwork and many more.I also designed marketing material, new product lines, special orders and created concepts for future and current products to be distributed to buyers.

At Huffy Bikes I assisted the designers with projects such as product photography, product design, marketing material, and performing precision die cuts for future products, I also did market research to develop a sustainable package design that has the intentions to break down and be used in the future.
