Alchemy Cloud is a company that aims to help applied sciences industries to do research and commercial product development in a faster, cleaner and cheaper way.I currently take part in technical and product decisions regarding all of our AI capabilities and am responsible for our codebase's code quality and development guidelines, code reviews and development mentoring.As a Machine Learning Engineer & Data Scientist I also:- Developed a genetic algorithm to suggest (near-)optimal Designs of Experiments, to help our customers to acquire quality data and insightful analyses quickly and cheaply;- Developed and deployed a cloud application to perform parallelised hyperparameter tuning of classical ML models in order to be leveraged on a recommendation system;- Developed a genetic algorithm to suggest (near-)optimal formulations to optimise for desired physical and chemical properties of the product;- Developed a genetic algorithm to suggest the best formulations to augment the dataset and improve prediction performance;- Delivered a standard data science project for one of our customers from data acquisition, data wrangling, data analysis and into model training.

EloGroup is a Technology, Analytics and Management consulting firm.As a Data Analyst, my main activities were:- Develop and deploy a solution of automatic identification and extraction of financial resources recipiency opportunities, having the Brazillian Official Journal as the main data source. The application used several NLP techniques (mainly NER models) and involved the implementation of an ElasticSearch index;- Maintain a solution of inventory policies optimisation that combined statistical models and non-linear optimisation algorithms;- Generate insights on the expenses of an oil & gas company by means of a thorough data analysis and machine learning models to support such analyses.

- Maintain databases for chatbot application and build Power BI dashboards to monitor the application's usage and to enable insights to support decision-making processes;- Develop text manipulation Python package for internal use on NLP projects to make preprocessing faster and simpler.

Startup focused on developing AI solutions to automate document analysis. The solutions aim to reduce clients' time spent on manually analysing such documents.Main activities were:- Develop and deploy an application to daily extract useful information from the Brazilian Official Journal by means of NLP techniques such as NER;- Extract and preprocess text from documents from public institutions. Then, train NLP models for text classification and NER. Later on, deploy such models on cloud infrastructure (AWS).
