With over 18 years of experience in the aluminum industry, I am a seasoned Industrial Manager at CBA, responsible for the operation and maintenance of hot and cold rolling lines and finishing of aluminum sheet manufacturing. I lead a team of 245 people and oversee the quality, safety, and efficiency of the processes and products.I have extensive expertise in manufacturing process improvement, process engineering, and lean six sigma, having achieved Black Belt certification and implemented several projects that resulted in cost savings, waste reduction, and customer satisfaction. I also have a strong background in team management, project management, culture change management, and new product development, having worked in various types of manufacturings, such as casthouse, rolling, coating, and anodizing. My goal is to continuously optimize the performance and profitability of the aluminum production and contribute to the innovation and sustainability of the industry.
