- Experience of projects in the Chocolate, Biscuit, Wafer, Beverages, Yeast, Cheese, Mayonnaise and Sauces categories.- Leading the project team in the Cheese, Sauces and Beverages categories and in the category.- Coordination of the packaging team at the Cheese, Mayonnaise and Margarine plant in Venezuela (Short Term Assigment).- Coordination of the Easter, Gifting and Sharing category team.- Experience in “Technical Rigor” in documentation improvements (e.g. specification, drawing).- Preparation and participation in consumer research.- Leading meetings with suppliers, Marketing, Engineering, Maintenance, Manufacturing, Quality and others.- Analysis of improvements and optimization of the entire product/packaging chain (End to End - E2E).- Participation in packaging redesign projects to meet capacity increases and line automation.- Experience in line automation projects using Robots / Cobots.- Experience in plant start-up projects (e.g. Curitiba - PR and Vitória de Santo Antão - PE) and new lines and equipment.- Experience in validating lines and new technologies (FATs, SATs and CQVs).- Experience in training new packaging engineers and employees.- Development of analysis methodology and evaluation of packaging standard release.- Liaising and working with the Global team in evaluating new technologies or innovation or special projects.- Experience in various bechmarking assignments at Kraft Foods/Mondelez plants and technical centers and suppliers (packaging / equipment) outside Brazil (USA, Europe and Latin America).- Experience in analysis of T&W (Logistic) optimization.

- Support projects in the packaging area in general (e.g.: Innovation, Productivity, Sustainability, Quality Improvement, Promotions, etc.), and projects with multifunctional teams participating in other areas that have interaction with the packaging material ( e.g.: Engineering with the design, validation and start-up of new technologies and equipment).- Participate in meetings with other areas and technical discussions of projects that have packaging themes.- Connect and meet with suppliers to improve specifications and seek new packaging material technologies.- Responsible for preparing technical documentation (e.g. specification, drawing, etc.) and validation analysis methods with Manufacturing.- Development of Quality Standards and support for SAC and Quality in consumer and customer complaints.- Conduct benchmarking with competitors' products on the market.- Leadership of packaging tests at the plant.- Packaging design in Auto CAD- Palletization and optimization study for the Logistics chain- Feeding the BOM into the company's formula feeding system.- Manufacturing and Quality Support.

Working in the R&D area, as a technical developer of products and packaging, responsible for specification, design and contact with packaging suppliers, printers and inputs and coordinating the construction of injection molds for the plastic parts used in toys, as well as specifying materials and creating the BoM (product formula).
