About Augusto Muench

I lead Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean for Boehringer Ingelheim. Since I joined BI in July 1999, I have held several positions from Infrastructure Manager within Information Technology, to leadership business roles in Asia, Europe and Latin America. I am passionate about development of societies through consciousness and leadership evolution through different cultures. I therefore added Management Degrees to my Information Technology background. Further preparation included Courses at INSEAD and Columbia Business School.My interest in Multi-culture Organizational Leadership guided me to Fred Kofman's Philosophy at Conscious Business Center International and Hylke Faber's Leader as Coach training, where I obtained certifications as Business Coach. Further more, to obtain a certification on Alef Trust's Transpersonal Coaching Psychology principles that allow for a holistic coaching approach. Core Values I strive to live by on a daily basis are Honesty and Integrity, Justice and Fairness, as well as Respect. I love Music and Photography. I commit to create awareness in humanity of the great world we inhabit through the @earth.aware.now Instagram account.
