Provide Project Managment support for various project such as: Team member for the migration of Campus 5E phone system from in house ownership and support to selling switch and resources to outside provider Project member to expand campus fiber network to extend beyond campus border to include off campus housing and other campus facilities. Created and directed the operation of a fully certified desktop Computer Warranty Authorized Service and repair facility on campus(Apple, Hewlett Packard, Compaq, IBM, Dell) Included in this process was the successful relocation of facility on several occasions to new facitilities while maintaining full uninterrupted services to our supported departments and clients.Project work in the design and construction plans for build-out of a several offsite Health Care Clinics for ExecutivesProject work on IT issues for new construction of new Health Care facilites (voice and data)Project Team member in the consolidation of 4 Active Directory Domains & Exchange servers into new single Active Directory Domain growing from 200 users to approx 4500 membersProject and Functional Manager for creation, oversite, and operation of various policies to ensure department compliance with State/Federal regualtions, including HIPPARelocation of several IT team from various locations to new centralized off-campus facility with construction requirements as well.
