Internship at Ypê's liquid detergent factory in Amparo, SP.✫ Internship Project: Reduction of Semi-finished Losses in the Detergent Production Process.The project was structured using the PDCA cycle as a base, with the main team actions including:• Reduction of detergent overweight through process standardization, structuring of preventive maintenance for the filler, and reduction of dosage variation (statistical analysis).• Restoration of base conditions in the Charge Preparation area, through improvements to prevent mechanical jams and interference in the load cells of mixers, implementation of 5S, and standardization of area cleaning.• Improvement of accuracy in automatic SAP and MES entries, identifying and comparing automatic readings to decrease and/or eliminate counting differences.✓ Saving: kR$600/year.✓ Project replicated for other Production Units on-site.Acquired knowledge and developed skills:• TPM methodology, continuous improvement, Lean Six Sigma.• Quality control.• Use of SAP and MES, management of factory indicators.• People management and team leadership in project execution and direction.
