- Monitor and manage all EDI business transactions across multiple‬ platforms, such as Foundry TrueCommerce, CommerceHub, SPS‬ Commerce, and DCSO.- Analyze freight options to identify cost-effective shipping methods‬ that align with customer logistic preferences.‬- Create and update SOP’s outlining customer requirements regarding packaging, carton labeling, and transportation.- Participated during customer onboarding for big box retailers and e-tailers including Amazon, Wal-Mart, Macy’s, Nordstrom, Lowe’s, Overstock, Wayfair, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Groupon, and similar companies.‭- Compile and organize data requirements for new and existing partners. Collaborate with EDI programmers and warehouse management team to decide if system customization is needed.
